Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Head of Employee Relations (H/F/D) based in Paris, to join our amazing People team.
About the role ️
* We are seeking a skilled Head of Employee Relations focusing on performance management, employee litigation, unions & CSE relations, and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess strong employment law knowledge and excellent organisational skills.
What you will do
* CSE & Unions Relations:
o Act as the primary contact for CSE & union representatives, lead CSE meeting on the behalf of Chief People Officer
o Assist in negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements.
* Performance Management:
o Develop and implement poor performance management policies.
o Collaborate with HRBP to identify poor performance cases as early as possible to manage them efficiently & successfully.
* Employee Litigation:
o Conduct legal research and gather evidence for employee disputes.
o Draft legal documents, including responses to claims and settlement agreements.
o Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
* Compliance Monitoring:
o Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
o Advise HRBP on compliance issues and best practices.
Who you are
* You have experience in a fast paced environment.
* You have a strong knowledge of French labour laws (knowledge of European labour laws is a nice to have) - Minimum 5 years.
* You are a people person able to adapt your style to communicate most effectively with different stakeholders.
* You have a positive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* You are a confident team player with the ability to work autonomously.
* And as we are a French born international company, you are fluent in both English and French.
* You have sound judgement, displaying integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality.
