The preferred candidate will need to be able to react and respond quickly to our growing training needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to both new and existing staff, fostering continuous improvement. Assess training needs and create bespoke training programs to address skill gaps and enhance care quality. Lead by example, inspiring a culture of excellence, empathy, and accountability. Ensure all training content is up-to-date and in line with current standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing changes where necessary. Collaborate with senior management to align training initiatives with the organisation's goals and strategies. Suitable applicants must have the required qualifications as stipulated in the person specification. The successful applicant will be expected to undergo enhanced DBS clearance.
