Thriving boutique Investment Management firm with stunning offices in Mayfair require an experienced Team Assistant/EA to support the Investment team of 7 along with ad hoc support to the CEO, COO and Executive Chairman. You will provide extensive classic business support duties including extensive diary and travel management, scheduling and prepping meeting rooms, booking conferences, coordinating team and client events, processing team expenses, attending committee meetings and circulating minuting and Board packs, assisting with HR, compliance and office management duties alongside the Business Services Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years corporate Team PA/EA experience, ideally within Finance, a proactive, highly organised, team focussed mind set, happy to work autonomously and add value wherever is needed.
