In this role you will lead on the delivery of Housing Management to a range of tenure types, support customers in maintaining a tenancy / licence agreement, encouraging and facilitating their independence. You will support the organisation to deliver BCHA’s Tenancy Sustainment Service, including providing intensive housing management to customers of supported housing to maintain their accommodation.
