The Role Reporting into the Senior BI Analyst, the BI Analyst provides valuable insights through the creation of easily understood and accurate reports. This is a newly created role, into a global team, and requires collaboration with the wider business to effectively manage stakeholders and their expectations. Your core responsibilities Work in close collaboration with the Senior BI Analyst to build out management reports and dashboards, utilising data effectively across the organisation. Transform data sets into usable insights through the creation of robust and efficient ETL processes. Liaise with business teams to develop creative solutions which help solve problems, identify opportunities and add value to the business. Produce reports for senior stakeholders, ensuring they are accurate and easily understood. Undertake complex analysis in order to identify trends, patterns or gaps in existing data. Contribute to the wider business strategy through the continuous improvement of data quality, report accuracy and overall BI practices. Qualifications Our essential requirements Strong working experience of Power BI and SQL (or similar tools). Demonstrable experience in a business-facing analytical role. Proven experience and success in building interactive dashboards and delivering BI projects. Experience gathering, interpreting and documenting business requirements. Experience in producing and presenting complex data insights to a non-technical audience. Desirable Criteria Experience with data warehousing platforms. Experience with relational databases and data modelling concepts. Essential Personal Qualities High energy and a solid work ethic. Self-motivated to complete all tasks to a high standard. Great problem-solving skills, always seeking to find a solution. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail. Collaborative approach to team working.
