Job Description
We’re looking for Freelance Project Managers, who can join us for a 2-week training programme.
During this time, we would train you in our ways of working, processes & platforms we use.
If successful, we will proceed with booking you for the busy period of Jun-Dec.
The ideal candidate would have:
1. Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in Advertising Project Management (Ideally Localisation) – Proven track record of managing projects in an advertising environment, with a strong preference for experience in localisation.
2. Ability to Lead a Channel of Production – Oversee and coordinate different aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery.
3. Strong Team Player in a Wider Advertising Campaign – Work collaboratively with account managers, designers, translators, and clients to ensure seamless integration across multiple media channels.
4. Excellent Communication Skills – Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned.
5. Project Planning & Resource Management – Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks to meet deadlines.
6. Time & Scope Management – Track project timelines, monitor scope changes, and adjust workflows to prevent delays or budget overruns.
7. Attention to Detail – Ensure high levels of accuracy in reviewing briefs, understanding media plans, and delivering final materials.
8. Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Quickly respond to changing project needs, address issues as they arise, and propose effective solutions.
9. Knowledge of Localisation & Media Channels – Understand how to adapt content across multi-campaigns covering various platforms: Digital Banners, Social, OOH/DOOH, Print & Video.
10. Proficiency in Project Management Tools – Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and platforms like Monday.com to track and organize tasks effectively.
