We are looking for an Administrators/ Receptionists for a temp to perm position in Nottingham area to start in immediately.
Rate: £12.85 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week (9am-5pm), part time positions available as well, up to 10h per week
Contract: Office based but some hybrid working is available as well
Successful candidate will be working within various teams providing admin support.
The main purpose of the role:
* To provide admin support to the team (copying, filing documents)
* To assist the support service with a range of technical management duties
* To deal with enquiries, making sure that appropriate advise is given
* To maintain record using databases and spreadsheet applications
* To deal with all customer queries in timely and efficient manner
* To manage diary and organize meetings
* To take minutes of the meetings
Experience / Requirements:
* Friendly demeanour
* Previous admin experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Attention to detail
