We are hiring a Project Co-ordinator for Cooneen Protection, Commercial and Operations. Working closely with the Operations Improvement Manager and Head of Commercial Contracts, the successful person will take ownership of small scale projects within product delivery to achieve improvements to process, and product delivery rates. Responsibilities: Support the team by coordinating and supporting small improvement projects. Take responsibility for delivering project activities, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time. Achieve order intake process improvements Streamline Management information reporting and assist with data cleansing Manage inventory management and purchasing of materials. Any other duties deemed necessary by management. Maximize efficiency by supporting Cooneen Lean continuous improvement activities. Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary and ICT Security This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Requirements Essential Competent user of MS suite, including Excel, word and Powerpoint Experience in an data driven, analytical role.
