This is a skilled post is to undertake trade and multi-skilled supervisory works as directed. You will provide a high-quality maintenance service across all Trust sites. Responsible for the electrical & mechanical engineering section including supporting the management of directly employed staff. Act as Authorised Person in relation to Low Voltage Electrical systems. To supervise the Estates Technicians ensuring compliance with Trust safety procedures and standards. Main duties of the job If successful, you will Supervise/ carry out a high-quality maintenance service to all critical plant/ services (Generators, Fire alarms, essential and non-essential supplies, lighting and power, main/ final distribution boards, (boilers, air handling units, calorifiers, Hot and cold water systems, etc.) Supervise/carry out maintenance on building fabrications. (Installation and refurbishment).
