As a Senior Residential Support Worker you will: Undertake a lead role in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement Give guidance and support to all Residential Workers Be responsible for the supervision of designated members of staff and to record this in the Supervision Sheet on the member of staff&x2019;s file Raise any concerns with the Registered Manager as appropriate Plan, manage and lead shifts ensuring children are kept safe and engaged throughout the day Ensure the Placement Plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times Requirements NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children&x2019;s and Young People Workforce At least 2 years&x2019; experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people Benefits Passport to Manage training to allow you to get to your Level 5 Earn up to £3,250 by recommending a foster carer or up to £1,000 by recommending a full-time staff member Receive a £100 bonus for achieving a &x2018;Good&x2019; Ofsted outcome for the home and a £200 bonus for achieving &x201C;Outstanding&x201D;.
