We are working with a fantastic company on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre who are looking for 2 customer service advisors to join them on an ongoing, temporary basis. The successful candidates will join this busy team in this fully on site role; dealing with a high volume of inbound calls, the successful candidates will deal with a large number of enquiries from customers and managing to resolution. Previous customer service and administration experience is essential, the day to day tasks will include; Taking inbound calls from customers Logging all works and repairs Booking reviews Dealing with all general enquiries Updating customer details on the CRMThis fully office based role, working 8.30-5.30 Monday-Friday, this role will offer the opportunity for extension and possible temp to perm opportunities; the successful candidates will have; Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Previous customer service experience within a call centre or hospitality Excellent attention to detail Strong administration skillsIf you are available immediately and can commit to this ongoing, temporary opportunity, please send your CV immediately
