NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE IN CHIPPENHAM FOR AN OFFICE COORDINATOR ON A 12-MONTH ENGAGEMENT
* £18ph via Umbrella
* On-site in Chippenham
* 37-hour week over 4.5 days
* Overtime at a premium rate
* 12-month contract
* SC clearance required
WHAT WILL THE OFFICE COORDINATOR BE DOING?
The role of the Office Coordinator will be to provide support to the day-to-day office activities as well as assisting the Office Manager and Security Controller. Other roles include:
* Managing the office inbox, responding in a timely manner
* POC for local community issues & site related concerns and feedback
* Booking visitors onto site
* Coordinating VIP visits and event planning
* POC for Digital, Marketing, H&S and Environment
WE NEED THE OFFICE COORDINATOR TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING…
* Previous experience in an Office or Administrative role
* Proficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Organisation and Multi-tasking skills
* Experience with booking systems
* Previous PA or secretarial experience is a bonus
* An active SC clearance is required
