WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations for our corporate division, while building your expertise in accruals, prepayments, and resolving financial queries. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, gaining valuable business acumen and exposure to auditors, while receiving full support to study towards a professional qualification like ACCA or CIMA. Whether you choose to stay in Management Accounts or explore diverse career paths such as FP&A, external reporting, Treasury, or qualifying as an Accountant, Zenith offers the opportunities and support to help you achieve your goals.
WHATS THE ROLE?
* Oversee the timely completion of month-end accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Analyse and report on critical aspects of the Car & Van Division P&L, including:
o Termination profits on disposal
o Insurance income
o Rebates and incentives
o Accident management
o Overheads
* Play a key role in the yearly audit process and provide insightful support to senior managers regarding financial performance.
* Take initiative in reviewing and enhancing existing procedures, ensuring a proactive approach to resolving ad hoc challenges.

WHAT YOU CAN OFFER
We are looking for someone with an understanding of finance principles, who embraces challenges and is eager to learn. You will thrive on accuracy, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively. Adaptability to changing priorities and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulae etc.) is essential, alongside excellent numeracy and verbal communication skills.
