About the Role:
As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching,
and developing a team of customer service advisors, ensuring they deliver
exceptional service and meet performance targets. You will be a key driver in
fostering a motivated, results-driven team while maintaining the highest
professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve performance and quality
targets.
Deliver structured training and ongoing coaching to enhance individual
and team capabilities.
Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing action plans.
Motivate and engage staff, creating a positive and high-performing work
environment.
Handle escalations, providing expert guidance and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement, identifying trends and implementing
process enhancements.
Collaborate with senior management, contributing to overall contact centre
