About the role:
You will be part of a team responsible for supporting the Parcel Sales Teams and Corporate Account Managers with all administrative tasks. You will be required to answer incoming calls from our account customers. You will also be responsible for confidential file maintenance of personal records and other adhoc administrative duties.
* Manage customer enquiries which may be received by various methods including email and telephone within agreed timescale
* Sales Force Administration
* Lead Allocation
* Population of Rate Amendments / Profiles to support our Sales Teams
* Provide Customer Rate Information
* Ensuring accuracy in all tasks undertaken
* HR Administrative support to commercial departments - reporting of absence / Complete screening and vetting for new employees
* Track IT Equipment supplied and receipt of handover agreement
* Group Account Administration - set up / liaising with depots
* Answering incoming calls from our customers
* Manual Invoicing
* Auditing
* Building relationships with the various teams we work with
* Comply with GDPR when handling personal data
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Hold experience within a parcel client services environment
* Strong investigation skills
* Good experience of Microsoft Office Programs - Excel knowledge is essential
* Experience of analysing information and being able to present reports in a clear and concise manner
* You will be able to forge relationships both with the internal and external customer and have a strong drive for improvement.
