Job summary The team at Lings Bar is made up of GPs, ANPs, Pharmacist and Care Navigator. PICS support primary care cover into Lings Bar. Lings Bar has 72 rehabilitation beds and is open Monday Friday from 8am to 6.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays). The post-holder will manage a caseload of up to 72 and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care. The sessions will be worked on Thursdays and Fridays between 10:00-16:30 on site. Patients remain temporary residents with PICS and are temporary registered to its Hama Surgery. The Length of Stay LOS at Lings Bar is expected to be approx. 21 28 days when patients will be discharged back to their own practice or supported to register with a new practice is moving to a new address post discharge.
