Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 registered nurse to work within Longmoor House. Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have worked in partnership to develop a brand new physical health service to improve patient outcomes. Longmoor House is a newly refurbished Integrated Care Unit that provides step down capacity from acute trusts for medically optimised patients where it is anticipated that there are ongoing nursing, therapy and reablement needs. We are looking for qualified RGN Staff Nurses to join this exciting service development which is aimed at supporting a holistic recovery model.
