Oxford United are seeking to appoint a Goalkeeping Coach to work within our Academy.
We are looking for a coach to support, guide and direct talented young players to maximise their potential in sporting performance and personal excellence with the academy.
The successful candidate will deliver goalkeeping sessions across the U8s - U16s programmes.
About The Candidate
1. Willing to enrol into relevant coaching courses.
2. Minimum of 2-year experience coaching goalkeepers in a football environment.
3. Ability to follow club policies and procedures to ensure safeguarding of all players within the academy.
4. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
5. Level 2 Emergency First Aid in Football.
6. Experience of EPPP / Working in a professional environment.
7. Clear understanding of youth physical development model, EPPP and LTAD.
8. FA Youth Models.
9. Good understanding of Excel, database management and PMA.
