Responsibilities within your new role as a Assistant Hotel Manager
In this role, you will support Senior Managers in the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards. You will oversee staff training, maintain quality and service standards, manage team schedules, and handle payroll processing with confidence and accuracy.
Your experience, qualifications and personality
To be considered for this role, you should have a passion for hospitality and a solid background in food and beverage management. Experience in team leadership, a strong focus on customer service, and a drive for personal growth and career progression in the industry are essential.
