This role sits in the Plan to Perform process tower which is fundamental in ensuring that BT has effective and accurate performance reporting and planning capabilities, supported by analytical insight to drive decision making at the highest level. This team is responsible for developing, assessing and measuring these processes, identifying and implementing continuous improvements, and governing the ongoing day to day operation.

What you'll be doing
* Finance systems ownership of BW system and squad lead with driving changes and working with Digital to plan and implement changes in BW system and owner of SAP roadmap
* Project manage the CR’s in the BW squad with support of the scrum master and assigning key dependencies and link to SAP master data
* Business partner the units to identify BW system improvements and collaborate with the GPO requirements delivering integrated solutions across data, system and process
* Provide subject matter knowledge on processes and workflows within the BW system
* To provide and understand the requirements behind a change and the technical implications of it
* Gather and analyse data to develop and investigate potential solutions
* Demonstrate process excellence and lead on continuous improvement activities that will mature and optimise our processes
* Create and manage a network of SAP data stewards within the units and provide training on data governance tools and correct use of the SAP Master data dimension.
* Own the documentation for Plan to Perform owned SAP dimensions and provide and publish best in class guidance.
The skills you'll need
* Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
* SAP BW/4 experience or similar
* Showcased expertise on a project or a specific piece of work or led a project outside of the core areas of your expertise
* Collaborated on a multi-year change project working across functional lines
