Are you an experienced Administrator who can provide efficient systems maintenance?
Our client in North Lanarkshire is looking for an Estates administrator to go and join their team on a temporary basis to provide support to their team. You will support the Estates Maintenance teams by ensuring robust and auditable systems are in place. These systems will provide assurance that all administration processes and procedures maintain compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process requisitions, goods received and invoices using the client’s Financial Management Systems
2. Place orders with suppliers and coordinate maintenance contracts, paperwork and service visits
3. Record staff attendance and maintain staff record including training databases
4. Ensure effective communication between internal and external training service providers
5. Attend meetings and provide accurate minutes
6. Operate and manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMSS) to allocate, monitor record and report maintenance tasks.
Applicant Requirements
7. Strong proficiency in IT systems and software including Microsoft Office Suite
8. Experience carrying out general administration duties within a busy office
9. Proven knowledge of finance and procurement policies and processes
10. Ability to effectively plan and prioritise your workload
11. Strong communication skills
