The vinyl market has been growing on average more than 20% year on year over the last 16 years, more than doubling since 2020. In Japan it grew 40% last year and even CDs are growing for the first time in two decades. Over 30 million creators are releasing their music online today while they are growing 30% a year and represent the fastest growing segment in music. Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Operator Trainee and Be a Part of Our Dynamic Production Process Responsibilities Hands-On Training: Learn to operate and maintain a variety of equipment and machinery used in our production process. Quality Assurance: Monitor the production process, inspect materials and products for quality, and make precise adjustments to ensure top-notch results. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues, minimising downtime and ensuring efficient production. Process Management: Follow established manufacturing processes and maintain accurate records of production jobs, materials used, and any issues encountered. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to prioritise and fulfil production orders promptly, contributing to the timely delivery of products. Inventory Management: Assist in the organisation and management of supplies and materials to keep the production line running smoothly. Career Development: Earn relevant qualifications and certifications as you grow in your role, with opportunities for further skill development and career advancement. Requirements GCSE C or above in English and Maths. A keen interest in the production process and a desire to learn and grow in the field. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet production deadlines. Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials if required. Flexibility to work in different shifts and weekends if necessary. Desirable Skills Ideally, experience or knowledge of Digital print and finishing, although not essential.
