Teacher of Mathematics and Science
Required for September 2025
We are looking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic teacher to join our mathematics and science department from September 2025. The successful candidate will be a dedicated teacher who can engage and motivate students and you will be a reflective practitioner with a desire to continually improve. You will be joining supportive and collaborative departments who are passionate about engaging and inspiring young people in their learning and are committed to raising the achievement of all students.
Macmillan Academy is situated in Middlesbrough on Teesside and was rated good by Ofsted in the most recent inspection. We have over 1500 students on roll, including 300 in Post 16. Our strong reputation for academic success is matched by our desire to provide a holistic education for every student.
The post would be suitable for an experienced teacher or ECT with the capacity to teach across the age and ability range, including Post 16. The successful candidate will benefit from a wide range of CPD opportunities, including our expert teacher programme.
