What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking experienced SEN Teachers or professionals with transferable skills to support students in a variety of areas, including:
* Specializing in Primary education.
* Supporting children with SEMH.
* Helping to create a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes emotional, social, and academic development.
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – this is essential.
* Have experience working with children with SEN, including autism, SEMH, and complex needs.
* Be skilled in managing challenging behaviours and creating tailored lesson plans for small groups.
