We’re seeking a Business Admin Apprentice to join our Learning & Development team, where you’ll provide vital administrative support, help coordinate training programs, and work towards achieving your Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
Please Note: We are located in Thatcham and you will require a full UK driving licence due to our location.

* Salary: Part Time salary is £12,800
* Hours: 24 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
* Contract Type: Apprenticeship, permanent after successful completion
About the Role
As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our Learning & Development team with a variety of administrative tasks, helping us deliver high-quality training and development opportunities to our staff. You’ll assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of training events and workshops, manage training resources, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure everything runs smoothly, helping us deliver exceptional training programs that support the professional development of our care staff. In this role, you’ll also work towards completing your Level 3 Business Administration qualification, giving you the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training events, including booking venues, preparing materials, managing registrations, and issuing certificates.
* Maintain accurate training records, track participant information, and gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
* Organise and manage training resources, ensuring materials, equipment, and supplies are available and in good condition.
* Collaborate with teams across the organisation to support compliance with training requirements.
* Assist with maintaining the Diploma tracking documents to ensure smooth induction processes and compliance.
* Create internal and external communications, such as newsletters and updates, to engage stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
* Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and pay attention to detail.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach.
