The Role
A role has been newly created for an ambitious in-house lawyer to join Froneri’s growing legal function.
Based at the company’s headquarters, but with hybrid working, you will play a key role in all legal matters for the Group both in the UK and internationally. Activities are likely to include management and delivery of strategic International legal projects, commercial legal advice, liaising with Froneri’s 24 markets to support implementation of Group policies and procedures to mitigate legal risk, assisting on corporate transactions, hands-on issue resolution, commercial contracts of varying levels of complexity, intellectual property, litigation and regulatory compliance..
You will work with key stakeholders to take decisions on legal risk and, working alongside the Group General Counsel and other members of the Group Legal Team, be involved in delivery of the Group legal activities across multiple countries.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role
* You must be a UK qualified solicitor with a high quality, legal training from a respected large / medium sized commercial law firm or an in-house legal department.
* Your experience can come from a range of the mainstream commercial practice areas, such as commercial contracts, corporate, or intellectual property.
* All levels of PQE welcome to apply and the role may be adapted accordingly.
