You'll be joining the Kitchens & Bathrooms (K&B) Team to deliver a great service to our customers. You'll be carrying out general maintenance/repairs to our properties including CCU upgrades, fire detection upgrades, showers, pumps, storage heating, immersion tanks. The K&B Team are responsible for the upgrades to these key functional rooms. This will be rewiring the circuits to bring them to current standards and testing after installation. Checking the current fire detection equipment installed throughout the property and upgrading accordingly.
