HR Manager (Development and Wellbeing)
St Paul’s School has an exciting opportunity to join our friendly HR team. Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Manager (Development and Wellbeing) will be responsible for leading all development and wellbeing initiatives for support staff across both the senior and junior schools.
Responsibilities:
* Lead development and wellbeing initiatives for support staff.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law.
* Manage training and development programs.
* Oversee employee benefits.
Qualifications:
* HR experience with knowledge of training & development, wellbeing, and employee benefits.
* Understanding of UK employment law and experience in its application.
* Educated to degree level with a CIPD qualification.
Hours: This role is offered as a full-time, term-time position (plus up to 6 weeks during the school holidays). Working hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility on start and end times during the day and requests to work from home during the school holidays may be accommodated. Any requests should be explained in the covering letter.
