A talented and driven Inbound Sales Executive is needed to join the team at this leading leak detection company based in High Wycombe on a full-time basis. This role does not require cold calling. The ideal candidate will join their friendly team, handle incoming sales inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to drive continuous sales growth. You will be the first point of contact for all their enquiries, and your primary responsibility will be to give an excellent first impression of the company and convert the enquiries into bookings This role offers excellent earning potential with an On Target Commission of up to £10,000 per annum. Leak Detection is a niche technical service that they have pioneered since 2014. However, no prior knowledge of plumbing or leak detection is required, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound sales calls and emails promptly and professionally Identify customer needs, recommend, and accurately explain suitable leak detection services Input customer and booking information into Salesforce and schedule leak-detection jobs Issue customer reports and invoices Process and record payments accurately General customer service and aftercare Other general ad-hoc support with daily operations Required Skills: Ability to sell their services with confidence and conviction Prior sales experience or a natural flare for telesales and customer service Ability to comprehend and explain the technicalities of Leak Detection (training provided) Excellent telephone manner Responsive and considerate approach to customer service Driven and motivated Team player Close attention to detail and accuracy with regard to calendar management, reports, invoices and payments Excellent command of written and spoken English Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous Sounds interesting?
