The Project Lead will be a key member of the Faculty of Education, supporting the logistics and operational management of training spaces and facilities for the rollout of the EpicEPR system, a major digital transformation project for the trust.
This role is essential in ensuring that all training environments, resources, and operational processes are in place to support the successful delivery of training across the organisation.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of training spaces, ensuring they are fully equipped, fit for purpose, and aligned with the evolving needs of the EpicEPR project. This will include coordinating the setup and maintenance of training rooms, ensuring IT and AV equipment is functional, managing space availability, and troubleshooting operational issues to minimise disruption to training delivery.
A key part of your role will involve liaising with internal teams, estates, and IT services to maintain optimal training environments, implementing improvements where necessary. You will also be responsible for monitoring resource allocation, ensuring that trainers and staff have access to the necessary tools, facilities, and equipment to facilitate effective training sessions.
• Lead and manage the setup and administration of training initiatives for the EpicEPR system within the Faculty of Education.
• Oversee the logistics and operational management of training spaces, ensuring they are fully equipped and fit for purpose.
• Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes to support seamless training delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between trainers, system suppliers, estates, IT, and learners to ensure smooth training operations.
• Identify and mitigate logistical risks proactively to minimise disruptions to training.
• Ensure training resources, facilities, and equipment are available, maintained, and meet training requirements.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised training records, databases, and documentation for compliance and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Organise and facilitate training-related meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
