What you'll be doing:
The Ml, Insights & Reporting Manager is responsible for improving, controlling and delivering the reporting and analysis requirements of the business, the development and implementation of insights into the reports and the introduction of data visualisation. For reporting, this role will ensure the reports are consistent, designed to meet the needs of the audiences, streamlined operationally and contain a single source of the truth.
1. Produce all assigned MI reports for the COO area
2. Continually develop and improve the report content and visualisation
3. Actively provide insights around the data and reporting to enable quicker decision making
4. Ensure all reports are produced in line with the areas controls framework
5. Constantly review all outputs to identify gaps or additional areas where they could be enhanced.
What we're looking for:
1. Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
2. Proven ability in data report definition, design, and development to optimise for speed of comprehension.
3. Excellent experience of developing and implementing strategic reports in a diverse organisation
4. Experience with PowerBI and delivering automated reporting solutions and analytics dashboards to track business metrics
5. Experience running insight teams delivering strategic insights to senior leadership
6. A proven track record of processing large amounts of data
