Castle View Residential Home is looking for 4 x Care Assistants to provide care and support for older adults and older adults living with a dementia. We are looking to recruit for 3 permanent positions and 1 fixed term position. Rota patterns of work are over a 7 day period. Approximate shift times are 7-2.30pm & 2.30-10pm. There will be opportunities to work additional hours. You will be required to carry out duties to support residents in a dignified and respectful manner, promoting independence and wellbeing and adopt a person-centred approach. Experience of working with older people would be beneficial although not essential. You, possess clear understanding of the sensitive and confidential nature of the post and be courteous and responsive to the needs of individuals.
