The Role:
This organisation are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate their brand and expand their market presence. You will work closely with key stakeholders to promote the company’s projects, services, and values while driving engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive new business.
2. Manage and oversee content creation for digital platforms, including the website, social media, and email campaigns.
3. Coordinate and lead marketing efforts for new projects, events, and public relations activities.
4. Analyse market trends and customer insights to adapt marketing strategies and tactics.
5. Work closely with the design and leadership teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
6. Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
7. Foster strong relationships with external vendors, media outlets, and partners.
8. Organise and attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the architecture, design, or related industries.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
5. Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing performance.
7. Experience in budget management and vendor relations.
8. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing platforms).
9. Knowledge of architecture, design, or construction industries.
