KWS UK Ltd. is looking for a new Regional Sales Manager - East ! Are you ready to be the face of KWS in the eastern market? This role will focus on delivering cross crop sales operations in eastern UK by focusing on serving customers through the optimal channels such as agencies and distributors.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Executing cross crop sales activities for the easterrn region of the UK.
2. Actively promote KWS products to farmers, agronomists, trade representatives and others to influence purchasing decisions in favour of KWS hybrid and C2 seeds.
3. Analyse and understand the market situation, evaluation and future to define action plans for the region.
4. Feed market information back into KWS UK to support action plans for the company.
5. Regularly attend relevant open days, field events, trade shows etc.
6. Design sales campaigns together with Commercial Director and marketing, price offers and contracts with customers and partners.
7. Distribute trial/demo seed according to sales strategy
8. Supports KWS in project related work.
Your Qualifications:
9. Preferred: academic degree in agricultural sciences, agricultural economics or similar
10. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales
11. Knowledge of UK agricultural market / distribution channels
12. Fluent English skills
