Job Title: Materials Coordinator

Salary: £23,795.20 - £25,000 D.O.E
Location: Redditch
Role Overview:
The Materials Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our clients operations team to deliver quality service to our clients. This varied position requires flexibility and a proactive attitude to embrace positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Packs: Create and deliver job packs for projects.
2. Material Management: Load, offload, and log material deliveries, maintaining stock levels for standard items.
3. Record Keeping: Use systems to maintain records and ensure the security of the stores and premises.
4. Health and Safety: Uphold health and safety practices within the warehouse.
5. Team Liaison: Work closely with project teams to support their material needs.
6. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain records for trade vehicles (repairs, MOTs, etc.) and asset records.
7. Waste Management: Manage waste removal and recycling processes.
8. Site Maintenance: Keep stores and yard tidy at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
2. Basic IT skills with a willingness to learn new systems.
3. Good numeracy and literacy skills.
4. Full clean driving license.
5. Tidy and presentable appearance.
Skills:
Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided. Experience with Forklift Trucks (FLT) is a plus.
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
