Electrical Supervisor (Chandler's Ford)

We are expanding our electrical division and looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Chandler's Ford team. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day electrical support services, leading workshop and mobile teams, and ensuring high-quality installations and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the Electrical team to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage key contracts, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the Southern Electrical Manager to maximise team output and achieve long-term goals.
- Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards across all operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ECS Gold card with Installation Electrician (required).
- City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent qualification.
- SSSTS and CSCS Card holder.
- IOSH Managing Safely certificate.
- Full driving licence (max 6 points), willing to travel across the South region.
- Proven management experience, able to motivate and lead teams.
- Strong understanding of electrical health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in an industrial, construction, or utilities background is advantageous.
This role is subject to a safety-critical medical assessment.
