Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have experience working with young people with a range of complex learning needs. They may possess specialist knowledge and experience of working with autistic spectrum disorder or pupils with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* A hands-on approach to teaching.
* Experience of delivering teaching at a good or outstanding level.
* Knowledge of current education issues related to practice, process, and curriculum.
* Ability to work within an SEN setting, supporting pupils with challenging behaviour (SEMH/ASD).
