An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team. This role works as part of Organisational Development (OD) Team and provides administrative support to UHDB's recognition schemes for example Long Service Awards (LSA). You will be providing support to colleagues across the Trust, whilst supporting the Organisational Development team, Education and Learning team on other schemes of work.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all our stakeholders and colleagues. The main duties of the job include:
• Support the OD and Staff Support Administrator with the administration of the Long Service Awards and standard operating procedures.
• To develop and maintain relationships with the OD and Staff Support Administrator and wider Learning and Education and OD team.
• To undertake all necessary admin associated with the Trust’s schemes. Including maintaining filing systems and files on Excel, Word, Acrobat (PDF), ESR, external provider’s portals, paper-based orders, and maintaining the Long Service Awards pages on Net-i.
• Provide administrative support in own departmental area, including undertake general administration duties in respect of own department requirements i.e. diary management, organising associated activities/paperwork.
