Pure are pleased to be working exclusivity with a well established client who are looking for a experienced PA/EA to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.Main Duties:
* To support the Executive Office the EA to the Chief Operating Officer.
* To assist with supporting the smooth running to the office COO including, dealing professionally with callers, diary management, correspondence and administrative tasks.
* To support with with Minute taking for committee
* Occasional evening meetings [time off in lieu will be given]
* Assist with the Cathedral site administration of room bookings
* Familiarity with word and excellent typing skills
* To be an administrative support to the Safeguarding lead
* HR support to include, maintaining HR records, preparation of HR/Health and Safety training spreadsheets.
* Organising and booking staff training.
* Setting up and arranging meetings, including room set up and refreshment provision.
* Support with booking travel arrangements.
Key Requirements:
* Strong PA/EA experience at director level and above
* Minute taking is a must
* IT literate with experience in Microsoft word, Excel basic spreadsheet
* Proven ability to balance a varied workload
* Ability of minute-taking
* Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
* Good organisation skills in naming and storing of formal documents
30 hours per weekMonday-Friday
