Dynamite Recruitment are recruiting in partnership with a mortgage advice and property sales company based in Fareham for a Client Account Manager to join their growing team.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and charismatic individual with ideally some property experience or sales progression experience. This role will support the property sales through to completion on the administration front and work closely with customers through the completion, being their helping hand for any queries and communications throughout.
Duties include:
1. Maintaining relationships between internal mortgage advisors, client services teams, and external relationships with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents.
2. Provide outstanding customer service, both written and verbal, to ensure a speedy and accurate process for the buyer.
3. Providing updates to all parties.
4. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress mortgage applications as efficiently and timely as possible.
5. Maintain a high level of accuracy when inputting data.
Experience / Skills desired:
1. Experience within customer-facing roles.
2. Property industry experience / knowledge.
3. Confidence in phone communications.
4. Responds well to working to time deadlines and busy work days.
Salary: £26,500 + Commission
Location: Hybrid working, Whiteley based.
