We have a fabulous client based in Doncaster, who have been long established. We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join their team. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be great in your customer service skills and will have the ability to troubleshoot various IT issues.
Your Role
You will be primarily working as a first line support engineer. You will monitor, escalate, and pursue Helpdesk calls, you will be responsible for following through to an appropriate resolution while always keeping customer service at the forefront of your approach. You will ensure customers are kept fully informed of the progress of their Helpdesk calls and they are satisfied with the resolution when completed. You will also be involved in specifying, creating customer sales orders, and ordering new equipment for installation and configuration.

* 2 years experience working in a Helpdesk environment.
* Experience of being the first point of contact for inbound customer calls.
* Maintains an extremely positive attitude and demonstrates a high attention to detail.
* Ability to logically troubleshoot issues and investigate larger issues.
* Experience with Windows 10/11 and server operating systems.
* Experience of Mobile devices Android & IOS
* Microsoft Office 365 Admin
* Network Troubleshooting
* Full driving UK license
* 28 days holiday including statutory
