At Chase Virtual Solutions we specialise in providing virtual administration support to clients across the UK. We offer a professional, premium and personalised service to support our clients in the day to day running of their business.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a number of positions including a Personal Administrator and Team Leader. Our work is fast paced, so someone who is confident with great organisational skills and good attention to detail.
What you'll do:
1. Manage diary, co-ordinate meetings and prepare agendas
2. Client reporting and management of the CRM database to log all client contact
3. Act as the first point of contact, handling phone calls and client enquiries
4. Drive client marketing including social media and online presence
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth business operation
What we're looking for:
1. Proven track record working in a customer facing role and good administration skills
2. Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands.
3. Proficiency in technical skills – including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Salesforce
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external
6. Proactive, problem solving and someone with the mindset and ability to work independently
7. Strong team player
