What's it all about?
The role is all about partnering with the Client and Account team to achieve successful commercial results for both parties. This is done through leveraging our Client's brand, assets and capabilities to develop co-marketing programs which deliver measurable and mutually beneficial business outcomes.
This role will focus primarily on co-marketing opportunities with a Signature UK client. Working in partnership with key UK&I stakeholders including Account Executives, the company's Consulting & Analytics and Product as well as the European and Marketing Global Hub teams (including their sponsorship, brand & research & analytics teams) and regional colleagues.
What we expect from you:
* Lead the marketing relationship with the Client to drive growth for both businesses
* Lead marketing discussions with the Clients to identify opportunities and pitch proposals
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in the Marketing Services Hub team, across other accounts and the Sales Team for the Client
* Lead a virtual team to deliver for the Clients
* Develop and execute multi-year marketing strategies with clients, including working with third-party agencies
* Share co-marketing best practices to inspire clients and the organization
* Apply business and industry knowledge to achieve objectives
* Support new business wins through marketing thought leadership
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and campaign tracking with clients and suppliers
* Develop innovative ways to deliver value to clients
What we're after...
* Experienced commercial marketer, passionate about marketing
* Experience in a Marketing Consultancy role preferable or strong brand and client marketing background, creating customer focused solutions for Clients
* Strong collaboration and influence skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to lead impactful discussions with diverse stakeholders
* Comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers
* Extensive experience in Marketing and B2B Partnerships
* Skilled in influencing and negotiation
* Creative thinker and problem solver
* Data and insights-driven
* Proficient in budget management and reporting
* Motivates and works well with diverse, cross-functional teams
* Exceptional project management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* University degree or equivalent professional experience
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office in London are Tuesday-Thursday.
