4Site is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a dynamic and professional team at a specialist contractor based in Central London. They re seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about HR. Previous experience working as a Human Resources Coordinator with a construction main contractor is a plus, but most importantly, they re looking for someone with a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a key HR contact, advising on policies and procedures
* Manage employee sponsorship processes and visa compliance
* Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including contracts and compliance
* Work closely with payroll to ensure smooth HR transactions
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data protection compliance
* Administer employee rewards and benefits, handling enquiries
* Track HR metrics and provide reports to support business decisions
* Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes
* Support HR projects and initiatives as required
About You:
* Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment
* Degree qualified, CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
* Highly organised, efficient, and solutions-focused
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion
* Strong Excel skills and numerical ability
* Experience with HR software systems (advantageous)
* Keen to learn, develop, and grow within the role
