Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading regional law firm with their latest recruitment drive. Our fantastic client is currently looking for an experienced Accounts professional to join their Ilkeston-based finance team.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to develop their skillset and progress their career within a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate receipts, to include cash, card, cheque and online payments
* Post bills, transfers and credit notes, to include bank reconciliations, credit control reporting and all write offs
* Make payments, including credit card payments, invoices and managing cheque payments
* Assist with general administration duties, to include scanning, filing and correspondence
* Reporting on monthly accounts processes to internal stakeholders
Skills & Background
* Experience in a similar finance role
* Legal accounts experience advantageous
* Experience of using online payment systems
* Good organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and levels of accuracy
Vacancy Summary
