Based on site in Peterlee, Co.Durham (will be required in Office 5 days pw, no Hybrid working available).
Salary:
£21.00 FCSA Umbrella (Inside IR35)
£15.50 PAYE.
This is a great opportunity to work for a very ambitious well-known UK Manufacturer & Service organisation that has a global footprint. They are looking for a very analytical HR Coordinator who has experience within Employee Relations, Grievances Processes, Disciplinaries, GDPR, & Performance Initiatives.
This is an exciting role within HR providing support to the HR function in areas such as reporting, HR processes, accurate management of input to the employee management system, and ad hoc support where required. The successful candidate will work in the HR team supporting a large multi-national manufacturing company and will get exposure to a full range of HR functions including employee relations, benefits, recruitment, and training.
Minimum Requirements:
• Some experience in an HR role.
• Working towards or holding CIPD qualification.
• Experience in a large organisation environment.
• Experience using computer systems.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Flexible, approachable, and a team player.
• Workday experience highly beneficial (not essential though, training can be provided).
The Company is going through a very exciting expansion, consequently why this role will be key to their success next year and beyond. The role is expected to be initially for 12 months; however, it is expected to extend beyond this and likely to turn into a long-term, secure contract role.
This role is deemed inside IR35.
Hourly rate:
£21.00 FCSA Umbrella rate (this role is deemed inside IR35)
£15.50 PAYE.
