Job Description
Receptionist:
* Manage inbound calls across all areas as the business requires.
* Answer all calls in a timely, professional manner, meeting established performance standards.
* Signing visitors in and out, ensuring Health & Safety guidelines.
* Remaining resilient when dealing with challenging customers and situations.
* Booking meeting rooms at the head office via Outlook for all the business.
* Manage all inbound & outbound departments post management and distributing to the relevant departments.
* Ordering all stationery and stock taking.
* Ordering lunches and catering.
* Use CODAS to maintain accurate customer history and information - CRM/ERP knowledge desired.
The Successful Applicant
Receptionist:
* Previously worked in a Receptionist & Administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
* Able to handle administrative processes that require accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and present information effectively.
* Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (Codas preferred but not required).
* Ability to analyse and process data.
* Customer-facing or service-oriented role, managing interactions professionally.
* Fast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality.
