If you’re a skilled and passionate fabricator looking to be part of a creative team that values tradition and innovation, this could be the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities Metal Fabrication: Craft high-quality metalwork products such as spindles, gates, balustrades, and railings to exact specifications. Welding & Assembly: Utilise MIG/TIG welding techniques to assemble, finish, and inspect various metal products. Understanding Designs: Interpret designs, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision in fabrication. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for structural soundness, quality, and adherence to design requirements. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain workshop tools and machinery to ensure smooth operation and safety. Problem-Solving: Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and fellow fabricators to troubleshoot design or fabrication challenges. Flexibility: Travel to sites will be required. Requirements Experience: 2 years of experience in metal fabrication, preferably in an industrial or workshop setting. Skills: Proficient in MIG/TIG welding, metal forming, cutting, and finishing techniques. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of metals, welding procedures, and fabrication tools. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise, high-quality work with minimal supervision.
