The business is searching for a commercially astute, passionate Sales Leader to join the business as part of their senior leadership team. Reporting Managing Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven company. Requirements The Role Taking ownership of delivering sales targets; you will formulate, lead, and execute the sales strategy, driving growth in line with core principles of ethical business and transparency. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and supporting their sales team, expanding our client base across key sectors and promoting our services in a way that reflects our commitment to doing business the right way. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the team members to maximise sales revenue Demonstrate an understanding of key leadership skills i.e. situational leadership, leadership styles and operational frameworks Implement a coaching programme for each individual that features a combination of coaching plans and field visits Customer Management: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the business Sales Performance and Reporting: Develop and manage the national sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources Benefits Salary of up to £70,000 Plus Bonus Company Car or Car Allowance
