People Team Administrator (HR)

Our client is looking for a People Team Administrator to join their team. You will be providing administrative support to The People Team and on occasions the wider directorate. The role requires a high quality and accurate administrative support service.

Key responsibilities:
1. Dealing with effective enquiries via electronic platforms, on the telephone and face-to-face
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, IT skills, designing staff communication posters
3. Supporting with carrying out recruitment administration during campaigns, interview/assessment days and onboarding
4. Maintain accurate and up to date employee records within the HR system to ensure data integrity and compliance
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
1. Experience of providing an administration role
2. Ability to plan and manage own workload within established guidelines
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality
4. Ability to produce documents accurately to a high standard and maintain accurate and readable records
